A Nebraska Staple, one of the few things that can be associated with Nebraska. The service here is your usual service really, no real up nor downs here at this location. The atmosphere here is pretty good from what I can recall, though I havent been inside in a while. The food here is pretty good. I only eat their chicken, and fries. not any other items really (guess you could say I’m pretty picky) The chicken here is pretty good, not the best chicken ever, but enjoyable. The fries are probably the best part, they’ve got a hefty amount of salt on their fries from last I recall. Yet with amazing taste with the heat of the fry mixing well with it (if its fresh).
Runza has the best cheeseburgers in town hands down. Everything always comes out fresh and tasty. When nightingale into a burger it’s like an explosion of flavor for every bite. The fries are very delicious as well. They’re cooked with perfection every time. I’ve yet to have a soggy fry from here. The best part is that they are not overly salted. The facility is very clean and clutter free. Tables are continuously wiped down and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and always staying busy. I’ve yet to run into an unhappy face here. I love Runza! Worked here in high school and ate it every day - moved away now and eat here every visit home! Cheese Runza with mushrooms ...extra crispy fries and ranch dressing!!
I absolutely love Runza! The staff is always friendly and put up with my crazy kid. A couple of times, they didn't have enough Runzas or rings for our order, so they replaced it with something else we chose from the menu. We could have waited about 15 mins for them to make more since the Runzas are made fresh, never frozen. One of the times was during temperature Tuesday, so they were very busy!
The cashier was super helpful and friendly. She answered all of my children's questions and gave them extra ranches! Food was excellent!
